Office quarters of higher comfort are located on the 3rd and 4th levels. 3 separate entering groups are supported with elevators, own climate system, security and control of quarters access.
You may plan the office layout personally. The only restriction is the installation of infrastructure. The offices’ area varies from 100 to 1000 sq m. The height from the floor to ceiling is 3,5 m.
The design is done so that the customer may have the quarters joined between levels, both from the right and left side, into one space. There are spacious terraces, halls and winter gardens located on the floors.
